Villa Rates and details

Q. Is the rate for per Villa or per person basis?

The rates shown are always quoted based on Per Villa Per Night basis (unless stated otherwise).

Q. What currency is the Villa rate quoted in?

Q. Is breakfast included in the Villa rate?

Normally, in the villa, the staffs is cooking for you on demand for breakfast, lunch, dinner… You just have to order the food, your staff will be pleased to purchase for you. It could hope that the breakfast is providing for free in the villa. In this case, it is especially mentioned.

Q. Is Tax and Service Charge included in the rates?

Most of our rates are inclusive of tax. There are few exceptions and in this case it is clearly mentioned

Villa availability

Q. Is the villa I wish to book available?

BVW will inform you of the villa availability after checking with the owner. If the villa is not available we could propose you some alternatives according to the type of villa you are requesting.

Q. Can you guarantee availability for a particular date?

As we process reservations requests on first come first served basis, we cannot guarantee availability during your enquiry. We can only confirm availability after your reservation is processed.

Booking Procedure

Q. How do I make a reservation?

Step 1: Firstly, select one of several villas or give the description of the villa you ask to book.

Step 2: Click on the "submit enquiry" button you will see the "Thank You" page once your details are successfully transmitted to BVW Reservation Officers.

Step 3: You will receive by email or phone the availability and details of your request.

Step 4: After your approval, we will book the villa and it will be confirmed by written after we receive your down payment.

Q. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Upon confirmation, BVW will send you a confirmation slip by email, stating the Villa name, lenght of stay, Type of Villa,etc. Please print the confirmation slip,and show it to the Hotel when you check in. Confirmation slip is a slip that you can use to facilitate hassle free check-in.

Q. I have submitted a reservation request with my credit card details. Why haven't I receive any reply or email confirmation?

Your email is probably incorrect or unreachable. In most circumstances, we will attempt to call or fax a reply. If you do not hear from us, please contact us to check on your booking.

Amendment

Q. What is the amendment policy for my booking?

Please contact us to find out the Villa Cancel and Amend Policy. We will inform you and states the number of days required before check-in for amendment, if applicable.

Q. Is there any penalty for late amendment?

a US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes canot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.

Q. How do I amend my reservation?

Send us a email or fax stating your original reservation details and your new reservation requirements. We will then process your amendment requests and will email once your amendment is confirmed.

Cancellation

Q. What is the cancel deadline for my booking?

Deposits will be refunded in full less 5% of the rental value with a maximum of US$500.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings).

Q. What is the cancel penalty?

Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate The agent for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed. Final payments are non-refundable.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?

A notice of cancellation must be send to BVW agent in writing.

Q. What is the "No Show" penalty?

If you do not cancel your booking and fail to arrive at the Villa, your credit card will be charged a complete forfeiture of deposit.
